Pan African Dollar

PAN AFRICAN BANK will promote the unity of the African Diaspora by investing in the future generations of African wealth. The investment potential of our community is in our natural resources, culture, history, and music. The economic stimulus to our organization of delivering manufacturing goods, textiles, and consumer products to the different members of the diaspora and allowing the profits and income to be inherited by the youth and supply necessities to the members that are in need.

The economy will also support the building of our future transportation system that will include the making of new highways, byways, and vehicles that will make self reliance a possibility by providing the network for which to circulate raw materials and manufacturing products.

The Pan-African Bank will also provide the funds to invest in a media network that will help to track the transactions on both the consumer and international level. The media will allow for expedient delivery of information, backup, and reporting.

The Pan-African Bank will be supported by a shipping network that will help to transport goods throughout the diaspora. The shipping network is going to be employed by members that will be able willing to accept payment in Pan-African Dollars. The Pan-African Dollar will be able to provide the necessities in food, clothing, and shelter.

The Golden Pyramids project is a project to restore the wealth of the great African Empires by returning the stolen riches to the African continent and to provide the opportunity to build houses and transportation throughout Africa.

TheSimama Ukimwi project is to remove all foreign and colonial medical and military personnel out of Africa and let Africans resolve the humanitarian crisis that exists. The crisis occurred because these personnel are on a mission to kill off all the African continent. Once patients are free from them they will be able to solve the problems of hunger, leukemia, tuberculosis, malaria, typhoid, yellow fever, and typhoid.

The will of African people to survive the attempted genocide is too strong to be denied. Our only need is to organize and encourage the dissemation of the correct information that will help us to understand the problems and how to overcome eminent disaster that will result if we don’t realize that our resistence is fundamental.

Name of Institution – Pan-African Bank

Incorporators/Directors -

Market – The Pan-African Bank will serve the African Diaspora of over 800 million people.  It will serve the over 50 countries of Africa and the islands in the Caribbean.  In New York, there will be branches in Mount Vernon and the Bronx.  These are heavily trafficked areas where a high level of interest has already been shown in the bank.

Public Convenience and Advantage -  The existing facilities do not serve the market because they do not provide the adequate loans, interest rates, or international services that Pan-African Bank will provide.  Nor do these banks display a vested interest in the community that they will serve.

Pan-African Bank will provide the convenience of banking by phone, small business services, and international services that other banks in the area do not offer.

Competitive Impact –Pan-African Bank will serve as the first choice in banking for the majority of the members of the African community.  The bank will be able to keep large amounts of wealth among Africans and will be very competitive against other banks in the area.

Bank Site – The Bank sites will be on White Plains Road in the Bronx and Third Avenue in Mount Vernon.  These locations will allow for ease of access by both public transportation and car.  There are rental locations that are available at both of these locations.  The advantage of leasing these sites is that they would provide considerable profit because there are available spaces within these areas.

The initial investment cost will be curtailed by resources already available by supporters of these businesses.  The fixtures and equipment may amount to $50,000-$60,000.  All the directors and shareholders believe that these proposed sites will be very dominant in the community.

Capital Funds – Projections show that the capital to start the initial institution would be in the area of $7 million to $10 million dollars.  The number of shares is estimated at a million shares at $7 a share.

Management Team – The management team consists of a large number of members of the existing banking community.

Insurance of Deposits – The FDIC will insure the deposits of proposed bank.

Representatives - We are looking for personnel to become members of the Pan African Bank investment community and support the Pan African Bank initial funding effort. Help support us in building Pan African Bank.
